Order Tracking

Shipping Issues
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Hearty Sol is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier to investigate.
- Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. If you enter an incorrect address, we are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong location.
